Saluting the man who made classic styles, comfortable upholstery, and high drama de rigueur. Billy Baldwin, a well known designer has his newset book out: The Great American Decorator. This new book really showcases his iconic rooms, including Diana Vreeland’s scarlet living room, her reqested “garden in hell.” His 1974 lectures are also published for the first time, which I realy thurally enjoyed!
